Welcome

My name is Yolonda Caudle and I am proud to join the PACE Academy team. I am a native Detroiter and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Communication from Wayne State University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University–Portland. My career in education began over 15 years ago with a passion to see all students receive a quality education and a commitment to servicing others.

On any given day, you may hear me say, “It takes a village”. I am a true believer in strong community teamwork. My passion to build a great community in education was noticed and awarded through the Community Spotlight of the Month by the Pontiac Community Alliance.

I believe every child is unique and deserves an inspiring and engaging atmosphere where they can grow emotionally, intellectually, and socially. As an educator, I want to help students meet their fullest potential by providing a safe and collaborative environment where they can develop positive character and leadership traits which are essential in becoming a productive citizen.

Personally, I have been married 16 years and have two amazing children. In my spare time, I enjoy fun with family and friends, watching a good action movie, and reading a good book on a beach.

I am excited to begin the next chapter of my educational career and becoming partners with the amazing PACE Team, students, and families.
